We are taking part in the nationwide Diversity Day and will be offering you a wide range of activities on Tuesday, 19 May 2026 and during the diversity month May.

The results of the employee survey “Diversity and Collaboration at KIT” (short: Diversity Climate Survey), conducted in September 2024, are summarized in the 2024 Diversity Monitoring Report. The survey examined attitudes toward diversity in the workplace, the sense of belonging, participation, leadership skills, and experiences of discrimination. You can find all the results in the full report (PDF, 1 MB).

On November 21, 2025, we cordially invite all KIT staff and students to a diverse and inspiring day of events focused on gender, intersectionality, and equal opportunity. Whether through keynote speeches, interactive workshops, engaging panel discussions, or creative exhibitions—this day offers a space for exchange, diverse perspectives, and fresh ideas.
