GENERA(Gender Equality Networkin the European Research Area)

KIT is working in a Europe-wide network to develop measures to increase the proportion of women in scientific institutions. The overarching target of the project is the implementation of equal opportunity plans that are adapted to the specific framework conditions of scientific work in physics.
