Diversity survey 2016

In April 2016, KIT employees had the opportunity to assess their work situation in an online survey. Around a third took the opportunity to tell the Diversity Management department in the Human Resources Development and Vocational Training (Business Unit) (PEBA) how they rate their work situation, what they like at KIT and what they don't like.

The evaluations of the survey, which comprised 42 closed and six open questions, can be found in the results report to find.
